Conor Tobin is an attorney at Campbell Knutson, PA. He has been rated as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers® in 2012-2018—an honor given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys. He also serves as a No-Fault arbitrator and a conciliation court referee and helped establish a low-cost criminal defense panel in Dakota County and served as a panel attorney for Criminal Defense Services, Inc. in Ramsey County.
He aggressively advocates for the rights of injured people and those charged with criminal offenses. Conor is a litigator and has represented clients before juries, before the court of appeals, in No-Fault arbitrations, in administrative licensing matters, in Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, in motion hearings, and in other matters.
Conor attended Augsburg College where he studied political science and Norwegian. After college, he received a Fulbright Fellowship to attend the University of Oslo-Institute for Political Science in Oslo, Norway. Following the Fulbright Fellowship, he returned to St. Paul, MN to study law at William Mitchell College of Law. After law school, he served as the judicial law clerk in Ramsey County District Court
Conor now focus on criminal law and municipal prosecution.
Outside of work, Conor is an active United States Soccer Federation referee, officiating games for Minnesota’s adult leagues and the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association. In addition, he is a Minnesota State High School League referee and a collegiate referee for MIAC, UMAC, NSIC and other leagues. He is the treasurer of the Minnesota State Referee Committee. He has volunteered as a mock trial judge with the Minnesota State Bar Association’s mock trial program.
He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Washington as well as the Federal District Court for Minnesota.
